We don’t always have every shade of every color in every fiber available at all times. We will contact you if we can’t fill your order and let you know what is on hand. Then you can choose to order other selections or wait until your original order can be dyed.

Please notify us if you are trying to match a yarn/color that you already have!

We keep a large inventory on hand and have most yarns in most colors readily available. However,  if your choice is not in stock, it may take awhile…weeks even, depending on where your choice is in the dye studio lineup.
We hope you feel, as many do, that our colors are unique and well worth waiting for.
